"Quotation "

A quotation is a list of products or services and their related prices. This list can be used to estimate the cost of goods or services. Quotations can also be used to help negotiate prices between buyers and sellers.  

When requesting a quotation, it is essential to be as specific as possible about the products or services you are interested in. This will help ensure that you receive an accurate quote.  

If you are comparing quotations from different vendors, compare apples to apples. Ensure the quotes are for the same or similar products or services. Otherwise, you may not be able to compare the prices accurately.
